As I have been planning my donation to the Tsunami relief, I have been looking into where my money will be best spent. I heard on the radio that there is a site called Charity Navigator that ranks [I believe only US] charities according to their ficsal efficiency and their respect of donor privacy. My wife and I will likely be donating to the American Red Cross via Amazon's 1-click interface. I was also floored by the wealth of information already available on the Wikipedia's 2004 Indian Ocean Earthquake page. Tim is right. Wikipedia is totally relevant.
